I realize that I was very bad last volume, because I didn't get Archipelago out the door before we left for Mexico - and the result was a late and incomplete volume from my end.
When I spoke with John, he told me to just rush what I had to him in Idaho. When I asked him if he wanted the $20 at this time, he said no, wait until next time. When I opened the current shipment from John, out fell a note from Bill Collectors U. (and on Elkhorn Resort stationary) telling me to fork over the $20.
What gives John? Did your advice to me get placed up on the shelf with your safe deposit box notice? Anyway, the $20 is included this time.
