The weather has been fantastic here in Alameda. We finally had some RAIN. The lawns are green and the grass is high. Rainfall hasn't reached the level of a normal year but it could happen!

Rose Anne and I are now in the homestretch in our litigation course and it has been causing a bit of loud dissension as RoseAnne worries too much about the class.

The Tax season started off with hordes of people who couldn't wait for their tax refund and were willing to pay $54.00 for a loan instead of waiting 4-6 weeks for Uncle Sam to send their check. H & R Block was doing a frantic business from Jan 15th to middle Feb. Thank god business has finally cooled off to a normal pace.

I haven't had much of a chance to work on computer projects and still haven't learned much about C++ or haven't used America Online. Maybe next week or next month.
