Speed reading is not working quite right. I speed-read the first half or so of the volume, turned off speed reading briefly and bounced around a bit, then turned it back on. I wound up speed reading the end of the volume, and have yet to see a number of cards in the middle. But now speed reading toggles me between the last card in the volume and the index.
