Hope that my travels are not making your life crazy, but it looks like I will be going back to Costa Rica again in November. And if that is not bad enough, I am also planning to be in Panama over the new year holiday, and then February going to Venezuela. All of this is to photograph those pesky birds.

Speaking of which I am in the process of identifying and cataloging all of my bird photographs with the help of a friend. He should be able to do a much better job of identifying than I could as he is the Dallas Museum of Natural History's Ornatholagist.

If we are lucky, in the next week or two there should be about 20 Inland Least Terns nesting in the Dallas sewage treatment plant. They are an endangered species. In adition there is a nesting pair of Rails at Fair Park that is within six feet of the shoreline of the lagoon and has a unobstructed view. Both good photo oportunities.
