Seeing as El and I are in the usual financial crisis as well, I understand what you're saying. I still think we could do something fairly inexpensive, though. I, for one, don't need to stay in a hotel (contrary to the 12th Commandment: Jews Don't Camp, I do, and so does El! In case you're wondering, the 11th Commandment is: Never Pay Retail.).

We could stay in the vicinity of whoever of us is the most broke... but how would we decide that?!?
