It mentions a light water cell, being tested by Thermacore Inc, based on experiments of Dr. Randell Mills on light water, has been running for more than 6 months with input power 18 watts and output of 68 watts for net output of fifty watts of heat. Dr Mills claims that the process is unrelated to cold fusion, works and doesn't know why it does. His experiments were reported in Fusion Magazine.
