This is really a response to Janine's card in Volume 25.

I remember going to Mt. Tamalpais to a production of Kismet when I was about 9. Kismet is a pretty boring musical and I LOVE musicals but it was funny going to it at Mt. Tamalpais.

I remember there being terraces and a few trees and lots of different varieties of people who seemed to enjoy milling around and eating and drinking more than watching the show. Mostly I remember it being very, very hot and I got up and found a precious seat under a tree and my sister telling me I looked very pale. I believe to this day that I must have been close to fainting. It's a very vivid memory.
