Has anyone here ever heard of a collection of not-too-short stories called The Platypus of Doom by Arthur Byron Cover? It was apparently written sometime in the seventies (or earlier) and, I'm told by a friend who read it once and has since lost it from his shelves, was a book worthy of its magnificent title. If you hear of it or obtain a copy please let me know!
