I seem to have trouble thinking of something to write about. Almost everything that seems to be interesting to me seems to be something that I think probably wouldn't be of interest to the rest of you. John's advice is to "just write about anything that appeals to you and don't worry about whether anyone else will be interested."

Do you feel the same way about this? Or are you confident that whatever you are writing about will appeal to everyone else? Or do you feel that it's up to the person to just pay attention to whatever appeals and ignore the rest?
