I'm glad someone else has experienced this phenomenon, I suppose it is silly to think I was the only one but when you're experiencing it one can become quite confused.

I guess it is a matter of feeling comfortable with ourselves and knowing who we are and where our boundaries are. I hope you have learned this or are learning this and you don't wait until you're in your 30's like I did. It suddenly occured to me one day that I could say I liked or didn't like something and I didn't have to justify it to anyone. I always felt I had to explain myself to everyone - very frustrating.
