What a time I've had trying to respond to this issue! After several phone calls to Central Command I think we solved the problem. I wasn't able to respond to or create voice cards and as you can see I will barely make the deadline.

Lately, I have been working at Radius (see your MacUser, etc.) in the engineering dept. Apparently part of the engineering culture is that everyone, including engineers, think they are nerds. One of the guys was using my Mac and saw the MacWrite version of the help manual on the screen. He asked what an Archipelago was, my first response was a group of islands and then I said it was a computer club. He looked at me with an affectionate little grin and said, "You little nerd you."
