I liked Paul's response! Go for the Beans!

As a female shopper, I know I would end up with the beans and absolutely NO DATES! I would just smile, snatch the beans, and head for the feminine hygiene isle. Being slightly near-sighted even with corrective lenses, I would blissfully miss all the opposing member's physical signals and so would feel no remorse what-so-ever about grabbing for a desired treat.

I can't believe all these candle light dinners or swapping tales of woe or selfless acts. This is a grocery store! When was the last time you picked-up a date while shopping for food? The only people I ever talk to in a grocery store are the checkers. And all I say is "paper, please"!
