The bugs you report seem to pop up from time to time in spite of my best efforts. I believe they occur when you enter or quit from the latest voice volume directly instead of through the Archipelago stack (seagulls, etc.). Strictly speaking, you are not "supposed" to do this, but most pelagoans do it anyway.

The problem is quite minor, and since this whole checklist business will be tossed when the still vaporous Archipelago 2.0 hits the streets, I don't see much reason to worry about it at this point.
