I was disconsolate when I heard the word about Perot quitting. It was a black-bleak-depressing word. My hopes for someone to do something about the mess the US government was in were smashed to little bits and pieces.
Now I will be forced to choose between two uninspiring and crowd-following politicians who won't challenge the system for any real change. The only hope now is that some of the Perot groups can stay together and present a demand that might force one of them to take a new look at taxes, at unfairness in government, at restricting the special interests and toward the welfare of the whole of the United States.
