Here's the latest update on Steve Wozniak's house construction. In San Jose, the Woz is often likened to Sarah Winchester for his penchant for non-stop building. As I reported a few volumes ago, he was angering his neighbors by this non stop building, recently adding a miniature skateboard park, a large saltwater aquarium, and a swimming pool with an underwater air cave where his son can eat lunch.
But now, all is quiet at the Woz home. It seems that the contractor who recently completed $3.5 million worth of renovations there, and who is currently in the middle of a $3 million renovation project, is suing Wozniak for failure to pay. Wozniak has countersued the contractor claiming breach of contract. Ah, the life of the rich and famous.
