A few months ago I received a brochure from a place called Heizer Software that might be of some interest to you. They are selling HyperCard databases with all sorts of Economic data including:
25 years of economic indicators in 35 areas updated quarterly.
35 years of Annual and Monthly Consumer Price Index data.
35 years of all four monthly Dow averages with charts.
S & P Monthly back through 1957.
