Every day that I go to work, I am reminded why I must find another job. My attitude and performance suck pond water (as we avian types say). Eventually I will reach a point where I am not so picky about the replacement job.
For now, I send out resumes, collect rejections, and curse the hours I am trapped in a job I don't like. It is not the money "trapping" me, it is the risk of being "out-of-the-loop". My boss is a very influential avian practitioner. I quit and I lose the contacts to reach that future job.
