My recipe was included in the previous volume. It, like most of the recipes I use, is not really written down (until now of course). I tend to find a recipe I think looks good, and then experiment with it till I can't get it to taste any better. The base recipe for my Lemon Chicken came from the cookbook called "Oriental Cooking" by Sunset magazine.
