Interactive Fiction? Yes!

This is a response to volume 2, Holly Card Number 5 ("Game response")...

Yes! Yes! Interactive Fiction, I love it!

Of course, with the exception of "Déjà Vu" and with a little help from a file editor to peep ahead, I've never been able to finish anyone. But I've probably spent, and enjoyed every minute of it, more time with Zork, the Hitchhicker, Transylvania and other BASIC interactive fiction programs than I have with all the "serious" work I've done for school put together!

Just thinking of the top of my head, the "Island Quiz" could serve as setting for a search for "goodies" = everyone's favorite items or a real goodie - an XCMD, for example...

Then, we should have some "bad guys", like pirates, unfriendly natives, drug smugglers, sharks...

Also, a time limit or a random disruption in the form of an erupting volcano or a tidal wave...

If there's interest, we could all provide "secret" suggestions to John and he could work alone or send out partial tasks to others in secret so that none of us with have the whole picture and maybe Robert could put the final touch so that not even John would know all solutions...

Is it possible?
Is it tooooooooo crazy?
It is a lot of work, I know that!
